EcoLon®

Historically, Wellman Advanced Materials’ primary strength has been its EcoLon® Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) product line. EcoLon® revolutionized the industry by being the first eco-friendly and cost efficient alternative for customer’s mineral and glass filled nylon applications.

EcoLoy®

Wellman Advanced Materials via its Post-Consumer, EcoLoy® Product Line, has been a key participant in the automotive industry’s recent shift towards “green” manufacturing. Being composed of 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Materials, EcoLoy® products are eco-friendly while still maintaining high quality and remaining cost effective.

Wellman Advanced Materials has recently unvieled its new EcoLoy® Post-Consumer Recycled Alloy Product Line.

EcoLene™

Wellman Advanced Materials via its Post-Consumer, EcoLene™ Product Line, has been a key participant in the automotive industry’s recent shift towards “green” manufacturing. Being composed of 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Materials, EcoLene™ products are eco-friendly while still maintaining quality.

Building on Wellman Advanced Materials’ recylcing strength and its our EcoLon™ product line; our EcoLene™ Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Polypropylene Line, is gaining ground in the Industry. This product line provides a more, eco-friendly alternative to virgin polyproylene.

Wellamid® and Techyer®

Wellman Advanced Materials’ Wellamid® and Techyer® Product Lines of nylon resins have proven to consistently meet the most demanding injection molding applications. This Product Line’s broad range of semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyamides include unfilled, reinforced and impact modified grades of Nylon 66, Nylon 6 and Nylon 66/6 co-melts.

Expond® Polypropylene

Polypropylene (PP) is a kind of linear polymer with low density and typically exhibits high crystallization. It consistently has relatively high performance characteristics, such as good mechanical equilibrium, chemical corrosion resistance, workability, low price and other advantages. As a result, it has been widely used in the field of automotive materials.

ABS

ABS is a combination material of three chemical monomers: acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene. Each monomer has different features. Acrylonitrile has high strength, thermal stability, and chemical stability; butadiene has excellent toughness, impact resistant performance; styrene is easily processed, and it has high smoothness and strength. Three components' advantages make ABS an excellent comprehensive product.

PC/ABS

PC / ABS is a compound of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer. PC/ABS has ABS’ formability and PC’s mechanical resistance, impact strength, heat-resistance, resistance to ultraviolet (UV) and other features.

Long Glass Fiber Reinforced PP (LFT)

PRET applies pultrusion process for LFT manufacturing. The pellets length is 10-15mm. PRET LFT provides outstanding mechanical performance and dimensional stability. Other benefits include high impact resistance, heat resistance, low warpage, low odor, and low VOC.
